We started out in 1995 as a mowing only service, and have steadily increased our equipment, education and service offerings to what they are today. Currently, we specialize in commercial landscape installation and full service commercial and residential landscape maintenance.

We are equipped to handle all phases of commercial landscape installation. From take out, to grading, wells, irrigation, pavers, setting and moving large trees and specimen palms, through plantings, sod, and mulch, we can handle your project from rough grade through completion. We realized a long time ago that it is better to be better at a few things than try to be good at everything, so we have developed relationships with well drillers, irrigation companies, crane services, arborists, etc. to handle some of the specialty areas. We work closely with our talented and capable subs and will coordinate work so that will be one less thing you will have to manage. Also, unlike some commercial landscapers who only do installations, we usually end up maintaining the properties we install. So we take the time to do a thorough and proper installation in order to insure plant survival as well as make things easier on our own maintenance crews.

Most builders who we have worked for are so impressed with our professionalism, quality of work, and the owner's depth of horticultural knowledge that they continue to use our services repeatedly on other projects. We are currently looking to add a couple of more builders to our commercial client list. A large percentage of our installation projects also become maintenance accounts. We began as a maintenance company, and maintenance is still a large and important part of our business. We specialize in full service maintenance, in fact most of our residential properties have extensive landscaping and require a certain level of horticultural knowledge and care that only some companies can provide. The comment we hear most often from these type of clients is that "we are the only company they have found that can do this kind of work properly". We do a lot of hand pruning, and our maintenance crews are much better educated than the average "lawn guy" in horticulture, proper pruning, etc. We can tailor you a maintenance package which can include any or all of the following: litter and leaf removal, mowing, pruning / gardening / shrub bed detail work, lawn / shrub fertilization and pest control*, and sprinkler system maintenance*.

We perform commercial as well as residential maintenance. The owner of the company was born and raised in Dunedin, FL. We have so many long term residential customers grouped together in the North Pinellas County area that, even though we are primarily a commercial company now, we still provide residential maintenance services in Dunedin, Clearwater, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, East Lake, and Tarpon Springs. Our commercial installation and maintenance crews serve the larger tri-county area of Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough.

We are also equipped to perform some tree pruning such as raising canopies, demossing, removals, and palm tree pruning. We have been in been in business since 1995 and have a lot of contacts in the industry, so for services we do not provide (arborist, stump grinding, well drilling, reclaimed hookups, etc.) we will be happy to refer you to a specialty contractor that we know and trust.

We believe in continuing education and proper horticultural practices. We belong to several trade organizations, and send our key employees to continuing educational classes, as well as performing ongoing training in the field throughout the year. Most of our key employees can identify the majority of the common plants in the area by name, and are familiar with the pruning, water, and fertilization requirements of each plant, as well pests common to that plant. They are also trained to recognize and report water issues (too much or too little).

We are completely licensed and insured, carrying workers compensation as well as general liability insurance for your protection. We maintain a fleet of modern trucks and equipment so that breakdowns will not prevent us from performing timely service. Our crews are uniformed and polite, and there will always be at least one English speaking crew member on every crew.

If you are a residential customer who is looking for a professional company that actually returns phone calls, and has a staff that are more educated and capable than the average mow, blow, and go "lawn guy", then you have come to the right place.

If you are a commercial builder, or property or facility manager who is not happy with your current service provider, and you would like to deal with a company that is large enough to serve, yet small enough to still care, then you have also come to the right place. We currently have 3 trucks on the road and about 10 employees in the summer, including an office manager and part time mechanic. The owner does not ever want to be larger than 5-6 trucks and about 15-20 employees.
